Ingredients
3 or 4 kale leaves
1/2 cup green grapes
1/2 cup honeydew melon chunks
1/2 cup spring water
2 tbsps ground chia seeds (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Wash the Kale and Grapes right before using them in your recipe.

Add all ingredients to your high-speed blender or Vitamix and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
