Ingredients
1 cup of cantaloupe, seeds intact
1 cup of frozen or fresh mangoes
1 banana
1 cup of spring water
3 tbsps of hempseeds
1 to 3 tbsps of ground flaxseeds


Preparation
Step 1
Wash your fruits right before blending.
Step 2
Place the cantaloupe, mango, and banana, spring water, hempseeds, and ground flax seeds into your blender or Vitamix.
Step 3
Play your favorite song and dance with no shoes while your blending your lovely smoothie, lol.
