REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send the items back within 14 days of delivery.
If you have ordered the wrong item, you are allowed to make a 1-1 exchange with us. We cannot accept opened and used products. We only accept exchanges or refunds if our products arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong items:
In the event that you have received a damaged or wrong item, please send us the picture of the item, and invoice and indicate the order number immediately. Kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, where the postage will be reimbursed to you. The item returned must be in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase via email.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
Unfortunately, if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or any item is returned more than 30 days after the delivery we will not be able to refund or provide a one-to-one exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error.
