6 Tasty Nourishing and Nutrient dense Juice Recipes

So this pass weekend I decided to head over to Wholefoods and after I almost fainted when I saw not just 1 but a whole bunch, lol, of SEEDED watermelons from North Carolina in Wholefoods, I brought home a whole bunch of fruits and veggies to make 6 different juices.

The full video is on my vlog.

All of these juices are tasty, nourishing and nutrient dense. I had fun making these juices. I love how you can play with your juices when you are making them and decide how much of each fruit or vegetable you want in each juice.

Now, if you came to my blog from watching my vlog and read my description from my video where I was talking about sharing the reason why I like making my own clothes.

Well, when I was little I used to watch my mother make her own clothes and she would make her own coats, dresses, pants, everything. She was born in 1955 so sewing was very common for some women. She also was just like me when she was in her mid 20s, all about natural wellness and being healthy. Its so fascinating the imprint and impression parents can have and leave on their children especially when they are little. I literally became my mother without realizing it til about maybe 10 years ago, lol. I will share much more about my life with my amazing Divinez, for now we will get back to these lovely juice recipes.

By the way, I am so happy to offer my amazing Divinez, through my partnership with Instacart, the option to get all of your ingredients you need to create your own lovely

Juice Recipes

Sidenote: Fruit requires the least amount of time and energy for digestion and should be eaten before a meal or at least 2 hours after a meal. When taken this way, fruit acts as a digestive cleanser, promoting digestive function. Fruit taken with a meal causes digestive problems. Melons and bananas should be eaten separately from other fruit. For me, since I have been living this way and cultivating this way of living for so long when I mix melons, fruits and veggies together, I digest it fine. I am not implying I do this often, but when I do, I am fine. I always recommend you take your time, read books from people who have experience with this way of living and pay attention to your body. Everything takes time, gradually, and you will learn what is best to do overtime, I am still learning and always will be.
